The MEDIA EVANGELISM ASSOCIATION (USA) WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy (the “Policy”) applies to the following websites: www.tmea.us and us.creation-tv.com (individually as “Site”, collectively as “Sites”), which are owned and operated by The Media Evangelism Association (USA) (“TMEA”, “we,” “us,” or “our”). Each Site is designed to serve as an information resource for parties interested in us. The following terms of use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sites. By using or visiting the Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Sites. Please check this page of the Site periodically for such changes. Your continued use of the Sites following any changes to this Policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes. You agree that the information that we gather now will be subject to the Policy in effect at the time of use.
Personally Identifiable Information. Unless you contact us to ask questions or request information, register on the Website to join a TMEA sponsored event, or has a login account with us as a member of organization to allow you to access to a password protected Site, we do not collect information from you that identifies you as a particular individual (“Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII”). PII consists of information such as your name, mailing address, phone number, or e-mail address. We use your PII to answer your questions or provide you with the information you requested or to process your inquiries. We may also use your demographic information to tailor the Site to you, to inform you upcoming event sponsored by TMEA, and for internal purposes.
No Sharing of PII with Third Parties. We do not share your PII or any aggregated information described above with any third parties, unless (1) we determine that an applicable law, regulation or legal process requires it, (2) in response to a request from law enforcement personnel; or (3) if we determine that we need to share such this information with others to protect or enforce our rights under these Terms.
No Absolute Safeguards. Although we will use reasonable efforts to safeguard the privacy of your information, transmissions on the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure. Accordingly, we assume no responsibility or liability for disclosure of your information (personally identifiable or otherwise) due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
Children. We will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under age 13.
Third Party Links. We do not control the privacy policies of third parties that have websites linked to the Sites. If you click on a link or be redirected to a third party site, the privacy policies of the third party websites will govern the use of your information by that third party website’s operator. For example, when you make an online donation to TMEA, you will be directed to the PayPal website, and in such event, PayPal’s privacy policy shall govern your transaction instead of this Policy. We assume no responsibility or liability for the actions of third parties with respect to their use of your information. Accordingly, make sure you are aware of, and comfortable with, the privacy policies of any third party websites you link to.
